We visited the Battery Point Lighthouse in Crescent City, California - beautiful setting!
The Battery Point Lighthouse was first lit on December 10, 1856, and is one of the first lighthouses on the West Coast. It is located on a gorgeous setting with flowering ice plants. We checked out the beach and tide pools surrounding the lighthouse rock. You can only walk to this lighthouse during lowtide without getting wet.
