The Cowan Cowan Point Light is a lighthouse located on the western shore of Moreton Island in Queensland, Australia. It was first constructed in the early 1860s as an 18-foot wooden tower, and was later extended to 34 feet in 1867. The lighthouse was rebuilt in 1874 by the Rooney brothers, who also constructed other notable lighthouses in the area.
