The Toledo Harbor Light is a lighthouse on Lake Erie at the entrance to the harbor of Toledo, Ohio, standing in Jerusalem Township, Lucas County. It marks the channel near the mouth of the Maumee River and replaces an earlier 1837 light on Turtle Island.

The tower rises on a stone‑and‑concrete crib pier and consists of a square Romanesque dwelling built of buff brick with a steel frame, topped by a frustum‑shaped cone lantern. The structure is marked in its natural brick color with a black roof, lantern and parapet. The tower height is 69 ft and the focal plane is 72 ft above the lake. Its light uses a 3½‑order Fresnel lens, projecting a white isophase flash every six seconds with a nominal range of 10 nmi. A fog signal sounds one blast of three seconds every thirty seconds from April to December.

Construction began in 1901 and the lighthouse was first illuminated on May 23 1904. The project cost $152,000. The light was automated in 1965.

Today the Toledo Harbor Light remains an active aid to navigation and has been automated since 1965. Its historic structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
