Collins Point is a small headland located on the south side of Port Foster, Deception Island, in the South Shetland Islands of Antarctica. It is situated approximately 1.4 kilometers west-south-west of Fildes Point. The headland was charted by a British expedition under Henry Foster in 1828-31 and was named by Lieutenant Commander D.N. Penfold in 1948-49 for Rear Admiral Kenneth Collins of the Hydrographic Department of the Admiralty.

There is no information available about a lighthouse being built at Collins Point, however the site forms part of an Antarctic Specially Protected Area, designated as such primarily for its botanic and ecological values. As part of this protected area, the site is recognized for its unique and sensitive environment, and is therefore an important location for scientific research and conservation efforts.

The history of Collins Point is closely tied to the exploration and mapping of Deception Island, with various expeditions and surveys contributing to our understanding of the area. The site's protected status reflects the importance of preserving Antarctica's unique and fragile ecosystems, and Collins Point remains a significant location in the context of Antarctic geography and conservation.
