The Fulehuk Lighthouse is located in the municipality of Færder in Vestfold county, Norway. It was first built in 1821, and a second lighthouse was constructed in 1916. The current lighthouse was lit in 1989, replacing the previous one.
The second lighthouse, built in 1916, was a square stone tower with a balcony and lantern, standing 17 meters tall. It had a distinctive white tower with a red lantern. The current lighthouse is much simpler, consisting of a metal light pole with a focal height of 10 meters.
The Fulehuk Lighthouse has an interesting history, having been rebuilt and replaced over the years. The original lighthouse was first lit in 1821, and it played an important role in guiding ships through the Oslo fjord. Today, the lighthouse is no longer actively manned, but it remains an important part of Norway's maritime heritage.
